3 Account Management

Transferring, selling or renting an account to another person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
Deposits on hehe baje can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Minimum Amount
Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though additional time may be needed if verification is required.
4.3 Same Method Requirement
It is preferable for your deposit and withdrawal methods to match. It is best to submit a withdrawal request using the same number or account from which the deposit was made.
4.4 Third-Party Payments
Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or mobile number is strictly prohibited. Such transactions will be considered suspicious and will be investigated.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at hehe baje, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Before the bonus can be used, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.
5.2 Bonus Terms
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the specified wagering requirement must be met first. A bonus may apply to specific games or bet types — please refer to the relevant promotion details.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Placing strategic or coordinated bets with the intention of circumventing bonus terms is prohibited. hehe baje reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if such activity is detected.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Finality of Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue or network disconnection, hehe baje will verify its own logs and make a decision.
6.2 Game Results
The results of all games and bets are determined through impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or a live dealer process. If you have a technical complaint about a game result, please notify our support team.
6.3 Maximum Win Limit
A maximum win limit may apply to certain bonuses or promotions. This limit will be stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.
7 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on hehe baje:
- Depositing using fraudulent, counterfeit or stolen funds.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in game or betting software.
- Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
- Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users of the platform.
- Attempting unauthorised access to the system or conducting cyber attacks.
If any of these prohibited activities is proven, the account will be closed immediately and funds held may be forfeited.
8 Limitation of Liability
hehe baje endeavours to operate its services as reliably as possible. However, the platform will not accept liability in the following situations:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party software failure.
- Issues arising from the user's own device or network.
- Temporary service disruption caused by unexpected technical errors.
- Loss caused by dishonest activity by another user.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Changes to Terms

11 Account Closure
11.1 Closure at User's Request
You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time through our customer support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
11.2 Closure by the Platform
In the event of a breach of the terms, hehe baje may suspend or close an account without prior notice. In such circumstances, bonuses and associated funds may be forfeited.
